Canadian singer-songwriter Colter Wall quit college to record his debut EP, 2015’s Imaginary Appalachia.

∙ Wall got an unexpected career boost when former UFC wrestling champion Brock Lesnar called him out as one of his favorite singers.
∙ In his 2016 debut at Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium, he opened for his idol Lucinda Williams.
∙ His music has been featured in—and praised by the cast of—the hit reality TV series Dog the Bounty Hunter.
