About Ian Munsick
Wyoming native Ian Munsick is a Western country singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist known for his wide vocal range and progressive bluegrass style. ∙ Prior to his solo career, he played in his family ensemble, The Munsick Boys, who received the Western Band of the Year Award by the Academy of Western Artists in 2016. ∙ When he submitted the songs “Burn Slow” and “If I Was a Gun,” he became the first artist to qualify as a multi-finalist at the 2017 Annual NSAI Song Contest presented by CMT. ∙ “Horses Are Faster,” a 2017 single off his self-titled EP, earned Song of the Year honors at the 2019 iHeartRadio Rocky Mountain Country Music Awards. ∙ He released his debut album, Coyote Cry, in 2021, and followed it in 2023 with White Buffalo.
