About Yami Safdie
Yami Safdie is an Argentine singer and songwriter of Latin pop, R&B, and urban music. Signed by Warner Music in 2021, Safdie's early compositions, generally laidback, romantic midtempo songs like "Como Si Na" (with Lautaro López) and "De Nada" and "El Bolero" (with Milo J.), appeared on her 2022 debut album Dije Que No Me Iba A Enamorar. One year later she got her international breakthrough with "En Otra Vida," a collaboration with Venezuelan singer Lasso. Many of these tracks were later released as remixes featuring other guest artists (such as Camilo or Carín León), or in alternative versions, earning Safdie hundreds of millions of streams globally. Also in 2023, she released her sophomore album Sur. After releasing the Modales EP in 2024, Safdie took a more stripped-down acoustic approach on her intimate third album, Querida Yo. She returned in early 2026 with "Te Elijo," a collaboration with the group Piso 21.
