Lior Narkis started singing at 16 and went on to become one of the greatest interpreters of the “Turkish Sound" in Israeli ethnic music. Later in his career, he chose a more commercial path, relying more on light pop and less on heavy Turkish ballads. Releasing more than a dozen solo albums since the early '90s, he's had a successful career that included representing Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2003.
