Younha

Younha is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and producer who first found success in Japan before crossing over in Korea and earning the respect of some of the biggest names in the industry. • Younha began playing piano at age five. Elements of piano and rock have been cornerstones of her sound for much of her career. • Originally told she didn't have the looks to make it in the vain K-pop industry, Younha dropped out of high school and began her singing career in Japan. • Three years after her first Japanese single, Younha released her first Korean album, 고백하기 좋은 날, which became an instant hit. • Younha has collaborated with members of some of K-pop's most beloved acts, including JONGHYUN of SHINee, RM of BTS, SUHO of EXO, and Tablo of Epik High. • Several of Younha's albums have been companions to one another like in 2019's Stable Mindset EP followed by 2020's Untable Mindset.
