In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first memories of music date back to when I was about four years old. My father's band trained at our house. The first bands I was a fan of were Kiss and Twisted Sister. I was about five years old. - Sami What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Behemoth, The Satanist Metallica, Master of Puppets (Remastered) Sepultura, Arise Remastered I've always liked metal music. The selected records do not fully describe my taste in music, but if I were to list the records of all time, each of them is metal music. - Sami Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Closed” The first song I composed, which was recorded at the beginning of the 2000s. It is a dark but beautiful composition at the same time. The recording of the session is also dear memories that can be recalled by watching the song's promo video. - Sami What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Doing the first gig without anything else. The album's rise to the album chart in Finland. The tour with Moonspell was really memorable. -Sami Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? A lot! This is a list I made, but I think others will agree :) Do a bigger tour including several European countries. Do a tour in South and North America. Get a gig in Asian countries. - Sami
