Béla Fleck & The Flecktones, The Bluegrass Sessions - Tales from the Acoustic Planet, Vol. 2 Charly Garcia, Cronicas: Charly García Steppin' In It, Simple Tunes for Troubled Times Bluegrass Sessions because - I mean, no further explanation needed. Charly Garcia everything - he's like David Bowie and John Lennon in one...an Artist's Artist. And Steppin' In It is just one of the finest examples of Midwest Americana-core. I wrote it on the road in Brevard, NC (hence, Sliding Rock), while on tour with Lindsay Lou. I brought it to the studio with all of the homies (Billy Strings, Josh Rilko, Keith Billik, etc) and the band just slayed!
