Régulo Caro is a Mexican Regional singer-songwriter known for his love songs and for being a leader of the alternative corridos movement. ∙ Música, Pólvora y Sangre, his 2010 debut album, was his first release to be certified Gold. ∙ Caro’s second album, Amor En Tiempos de Guerra, was nominated for the Best Norteño Album Latin Grammy Award in 2012. ∙ Senzu-Rah spent 13 weeks on Billboard’s Regional Mexican Albums chart in 2014, peaking at No. 1. ∙ In 2019, the debut episode of Una Familia Regular—the streaming reality series in which he stars with his wife and daughters—reached 100,000 views in its first 48 hours. ∙ He received a Premio Lo Nuestro Award nomination for Regional Mexican Artist of the Year in 2020.
