Powerwolf

Powerwolf is a German metal band known for wearing elaborate costumes with corpse paint and writing lyrics that explore such topics as religion and werewolves. ∙ In 2012, Powerwolf signed a record deal with the globally respected hard rock and heavy metal label Napalm Records. ∙ They’ve had two albums debut at No. 1 on the German Top 100 Albums chart: 2013’s Preachers of the Night and 2018’s The Sacrament of Sin. ∙ The band has won multiple German Metal Hammer Awards, including Best German Band in 2015 and Best Album for 2018’s The Sacrament of Sin.
