In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Producer, Deegs, and vocalist, Ben, started working on music together in 2021 in their basement apartment, on songs that would eventually become the first Give My Remains to Broadway EP, Beyond the Gates of Xouztoth. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bladee, Icedancer Joy Division, Unknown Pleasures (2019 Digital Master) Remastered The Cure, Disintegration 2010 Remaster We grew up with these albums, listening to them in our formative years, whether we discovered them on our own, or were introduced to them by family or friends. They helped shape us as artists, and influenced our musical style, and the way we create. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Comfort of the Void” This song is really special to us because we made it in our dingy Toronto basement apartment, not thinking much of it, and not knowing the doors it would open for us. It has changed the trajectory of our careers and we couldn't be more thankful <3 What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Making music with our best friends, and playing our first international shows in Los Angeles, and New York. As well as opening for bands like Dream, Ivory, ThxSoMch, and Vision Video! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To do a full U.S. and Europe tour, and play live with some of our favourite artists!
