REZN

Chicago metal band REZN are restless searchers within the realm of heavy music. They began with a sludgy and psychedelic take on the doom metal sound when they formed in 2016, but quickly pushed their sound into new and experimental places. The band took chances with ambient textures and proggy arrangements on their earlier albums, eventually smoothing their hard-riffing attack into something both refined and adventurous with the expanded instrumentation of albums like 2026’s Cycles in the Infinite Dream.
