In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, loving Motown music. But I discovered Salsa at a college event and fell in love with it. I learned to play the piano from a band member and started performing at local venues. Just fell in love with Salsa Music. Izis La Enfermera De La Salsa) - Single Our latest project, Venimos Con Sandunga, alongside Mambo Mania and Nostalgia, has been an incredibly enjoyable journey for us. This album showcases a vibrant blend of cultures, featuring an exciting lineup of talented singers from around the world. Tell us why you chose this song. “Lose Control” Transforming "Lose Control" by Teddy Swims into a vibrant Salsa version was an exciting and rewarding experience. The upbeat rhythms and lively melodies allowed me to infuse the original song with a fresh, danceable energy. Winner of the best video. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing in front of over 16,000 people at the Orlando Fairgrounds along with one of my favorite artists, Victor Manuelle, was one of most memorable moments in my career. Second is performing in front of over 10,000 people in February 2024. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Would love the opportunity to collaborate with either Marc Anthony, Victor Manuelle or Tito Nieves. Definitely something on my bucket list.
