Danish Blackgaze band Møl (Danish for Moth) take the gauziness of shoegaze and pair it with the ominous trappings of black metal. Originally formed in 2013, they underwent a couple of line-up changes before crystalizing into a cohesive whole. The new lineup would release their debut album, 2018's Jord, on Holy Roar Records. They signed to Nuclear Blast in 2021, who helped them release a second full-length, Diorama, later the same year. Both albums saw full Instrumental versions. With a solid audience behind them, the band played multiple festival slots over the next few years, culminating in their first European tour in 2023. Two years later they had a third album in the chamber, releasing Dreamcrush in early 2026.
