In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is being chosen for a solo at my elementary school’s All-City Sing event with students from across the district. I stood on a podium, heart racing, singing while the full choirs backed me—I was proud to represent my school. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fleetwood Mac, Rumours Kacey Musgraves, Golden Hour Michael Jackson, Thriller Rumours, Thriller, and Golden Hour are my top three because they’re packed with timeless hits, rich melodies, and storytelling that pulls you in. Tell us why you chose this song. “Something New” I chose this song because it's fun, groovy, and it pulls from so many of my influences. It represents my sound in one momentIt and tells the story of my movie to Nashville. It has a soaring melody and lyrically it gives a nod to where I came from. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable moments was stepping onto the Grand Ole Opry stage to accept Female Country Artist of the Year at the Josie Music Awards. Hearing my name called, with my mom, aunt, and longtime fans in the crowd, meant everything. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Playing stadiums and top festivals worldwide, especially in Australia, is high on my list. I also want to see more of my songs recorded by other artists and collaborate with someone whos influenced my sound.
