In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is going to see a Fort Wayne Philharmonic concert. I was forever captivated by the sound of live musicians, particularly orchestra. My mom then introduced me to recordings, notably Dvorak's "New World". What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Don Davis, The Matrix (Original Motion Picture Score) Original Motion Picture Score Esa-Pekka Salonen, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Stravinsky: The Rite of Spring Radiohead, Kid A "Kid A" introduced me to the unrelenting experimentation of Radiohead. "The Matrix" opened my eyes to a truly modern use of the orchestra & electronics in film. And Salonen's interpretation of Bartok and Stravinsky makes for a spectacular experience. Tell us why you chose this song. “You Were Never a Good Son” This track accompanied one of my favorite scenes I've had the privilege to score. Not only did it involve an acting masterclass from Tom Payne and Michael Sheen, but it required twists and turns musically; gut-wrenching emotion to terror to tragedy.
