In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember being in the backseat of my mom’s car when I was very young with a boombox next to me playing ‘Totally Krossed Out’ by Kris Kross and I was rapping along with every word perfectly. My mom joked that someday I'd be a rapper when I grew up. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eyedea & Abilities, By the Throat They Might Be Giants, The Spine Yes, Close to the Edge (Deluxe Edition) When I was young & having a bad day, I'd play the entire Yes album to escape. TMBG have been my favorite band through my entire life. Eyedea is one of the main reasons I got into rapping; it was an honor to work with him on “Cataract Vision”. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Selfish or Self Destructive” This is a special song for me; I wrote it about a group of friends I made in college, knowing I was only going to be there for a semester before moving back to the seacoast. I never told them I was leaving and doing so took a toll on me. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing at Mandalay Bay House of Blues in Las Vegas and HOB in LA with RZA, Supernatural & U-God on tour for RZA’s ‘The Man With The Iron Fists’ movie. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to tour Japan and Europe. I hope I can make that a reality in the near future.
