Antonio José

Antonio José is a charting Spanish pop/rock singer. He has been working professionally since age ten. In 2005, he experienced fame when he represented Spain in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, taking second place. Ten years later, he re-emerged as a contestant on the third season of La Voz. This time, he emerged victorious, earning a recording contract with Universal. His 2015 debut album, El Viaje, topped Spain's pop chart. Buoyed by its success, José composed the majority of 2016's Senti2; it too topped the charts, as did 2017's A un milímetro de Ti and 2019's Antídoto. His albums Fénix (2021) and El Pacto (2023) gravitated closer to Latin pop and urban music without losing touch with the singer's roots. With 2026's Luz, he delivered a well-balanced thematic collection of ballads, pop-flamenco, and rock songs about the end of a romantic relationship and its aftermath.
