In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest memories of music are in the church, caught up in the sacred spaces of worship. It was not uncommon to find me as a small child sitting behind the drummer or leaning up against the humming Leslie speaker of a Hammond B3. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? John Mayer, Continuum Michael W. Smith, Live the Life Scripture Lullabies, Hidden In My Heart (A Lullaby Journey Through Scripture), Vol. 4 Live the Life was the first CD I purchased as a kid; it's an instant gateway to my childhood. I later would travel as a part of Michael W. Smith's band. Continuum is how I learned guitar; Hidden in My Heart is a family favorite that my kids love. Cody Ray Lee)” This song by far has had a bigger impact on society and culture than any other I've written. It has impacted politics, ended up in the news, helped save lives, and was a game-changer for my own life personally. I hope you're able to listen to it!
