Këkht Aräkh

Këkht Aräkh, a one-man extreme metal project helmed by Ukrainian artist Crying Orc (Dmitry Marchenko), traffics in a lethal, atmospheric blend of lo-fi black metal, folk, and dark-ambient electronic textures. Marchenko released Këkht Aräkh's debut EP, Through the Branches to Eternity, shortly after formation. The full-length Night & Love and Pale Swordsman appeared in 2019 and 2021, respectively, with the latter effort eliciting significant acclaim within the underground metal community. After relocating to Berlin, Marchenko inked a deal with Sacred Bones Records and released his third long-player under the Këkht Aräkh banner, Morning Star, in 2026.
