U.K. singer and songwriter Rose Gray draws on yearning dance-pop and uplifting techno beats for her club-friendly songs. After emerging with tracks that recalled the sultry neo-soul of Amy Winehouse, she turned head-on into dance music for her first official EP, 2022's Synchronicity. The more elating Higher Than the Sun followed a year later before Gray issued her debut album, Louder, Please, in 2025. It traversed a dance-urging mix of strutting techno, funky synth pop, and seductive dance-pop.
