In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember getting a Home Alone Talkboy Dictophone one year and i'd go around recording anything and everything I could. I was essentially field recording at 7 years old. It was definitely the gateway to becoming a music producer. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Arcade Fire, Neon Bible At the Drive-In, Relationship of Command The Beach Boys, Pet Sounds Neon Bible changed my life musically, it is grand, full of texture and all encompassing. It has the wall of sound that Pet Sounds has, which I think is why I loved both records so much. I always gravitate towards music that surrounds you completely. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “In My Heart” This is the first song I wrote for Dead Nature. At the time I was obsessed with Sharon Van Etten and was trying to find a sound that felt right. This song has so much power to me, and the recording sessions have a very special place in my heart.
