About Rett Madison

With a soulful performance style that's imbued with blues and an understated twang, Rett Madison infuses her passionate adult alternative songs with longing. Formative trauma and identity issues were among the inspirations for the West Virginia native's debut album, Pin-Up Daddy, which she recorded with members of Vulfpeck and Dawes. Her second LP, 2023's One for Jackie, was another personal one; it was dedicated to her deceased mother.
