ilyTOMMY is a mercurial young rapper who drops new music as often as he changes his brightly colored hair. ∙ Originally known as haroinfather, he first found notoriety via social media, where he ran a popular fan page dedicated to (now deceased) rapper XXXTENTACION. ∙ The 2017 lo-fi cut “Lonely Nights” was one of his first songs to catch fire online, and it kicked off a torrent of singles from the young rapper. ∙ A collaborator who’s worked with a bevy of young artists—most of whom are also very active online—he frequently teamed with rapper Savage Ga$p, most notably on 2019’s “Tunnel of Love.” ∙ In 2020, he adopted the ilyTOMMY moniker, saying, “My songs are about romance, sex, and respect, and it’s time that my namesake reflect that.”
