Emmit Fenn

Bay Area singer, songwriter, and producer Emmit Fenn collaborated with Billie Eilish on the platinum 2018 hit “bitches broken hearts” while building a successful career of his own. • When he was 12, the Berkeley, California, native played piano and composed music to distract from his parents' separation. He went on to learn guitar and violin. • In 2015, while Fenn was in college, his single “Painting Greys” became a viral sensation. It’s earned more than 50 million streams. • He dropped out of school, signed with TH3RD BRAIN Records, and released his 2017 debut project, Prologue. He supplemented the music with an audio-visual web experience created by an award-winning design agency. • Fenn coproduced and cowrote Billie Eilish’s 2018 single “bitches broken hearts.” It was a rare song Eilish created without her brother Finneas. • In late 2020, Fenn launched a campaign to release an album a week to fans. The move was a response to ongoing album delays from his label. His full-length debut, Far From Here, arrived in April of the following year.
