Over the course of her professional career, attorney Angela Rye has become one of the most important voices in political discourse. Rye co-founded IMPACT, an organization that fosters the development of young professionals in the areas of economic empowerment, civic engagement, and political involvement, and she served as the executive director and general counsel to the Congressional Black Caucus for the 112th Congress.
