For my seventh birthday, my mom booked an hour at a local recording studio where I cut a CD of poorly played piano-recital songs after school. Two decades later I'm still as obsessed with recording & studio experimentation as I was that day! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? D'Angelo, Voodoo Jai Paul, Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones) Lô Borges, Milton Nascimento, Clube da Esquina Voodoo: nothing new to be said; the world's best players, psychotic restraint, undefeated feel. Bait Ones: Jai Paul is peerless, his influence is everywhere but the sound still hasn't been duped. Clube da Esquina: this record defies laws of physics.
