Tim Arnold

The music of U.K. singer, songwriter, and composer Tim Arnold has always been defined by reinvention -- a restless shape-shifter across two-dozen albums, whose genre-hopping has become the canvas for the causes he champions. He emerged in the 1990s as leader of Jocasta, a Brit-pop act distinguished by Arnold's complex orchestral arrangements. Arnold has forged a fiercely independent solo career beginning with 2004's Buddhist monastery-recorded Lokutara. His work is defined by genre swapping and community collaborative projects -- from art rock and grunge on 2010’s Sonnet 155, to funk, jazz, and music-hall on BBC Radio London’s 2015 album of the year The Soho Hobo.
