Sunstack Jones

Liverpool-based purveyors of melodic, harmony-laden, '60s West Coast-inspired indie rock, Sunstack Jones create flowing, spacious, Verve-inspired arrangements with sprinklings of jangle pop, psychedelia, and Americana. Formed as a songwriting project in 2011, they released a debut LP, Surefire Ways to Sweeten the Mind, the following year. After 2014's Roam they issued a non-album single "Good This Time," ahead of 2016's Days Stand Still EP. 2018’s self-titled LP was mastered by the Verve’s Nick McCabe, before 2020’s Golden Repair was captured and engineered live in the studio by the same band’s Simon Jones. Luminous Hands followed in 2024.
