In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up, I always had music. I would listen to Chris Botti and play along to his music on my trumpet. So many hours would pass by and I wouldn't even notice, but I felt so much joy playing it. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? D'Angelo, Voodoo Drake, Take Care (Deluxe Version) Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly These albums left me speechless. All of them made me cry by the time they were done. It is insane how a group of musicians can come together. They all described how I was feeling at that moment in life. Each album is so authentic to the creators. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Work(Back To) (feat. Nxmad, Lil Boaty & Roxas)” It is the first song I made with artists collaborating. It was a moment that is hard to describe. But the feeling of being connected to a song and wanting to make the best possible art with it is beautiful. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Creating Paintings in A Dark Room was a moment that clicked. I finally felt like I understood my voice as an artist and the impact music can have on someone's life. Every song I create is a piece of me that I am expressing about myself. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I am just starting my music career and dream of collaborating with some of my favorite musicians. I want to figure out a way to blend my music and film lives and reach as many people as possible who want to be part of my creations.
