About Sage the Gemini

Sage the Gemini is a Bay Area rapper, singer, and producer who bridges his hyphy roots with pop-leaning songs.

• In 2012, he joined rapper and producer Iamsu!’s HBK Gang, the collective that included R&B singer Kehlani.
• Sage scored an early Top 40 pop hit with the Iamsu!-assisted 2013 single “Gas Pedal.” Eventually released by Republic Records, the self-produced hyphy track was certified double platinum by the RIAA.
• Justin Bieber appeared on the official remix to “Gas Pedal.”
• Sage’s major label debut project, 2013’s Gas Pedal: The EP, features both “Gas Pedal” and the platinum-certified “Red Nose.”
• In 2014, Sage guested on Flo Rida’s “GDFR,” a Top 10 pop hit that was certified quadruple platinum.
• Sage demonstrated his pop side on 2017’s “Now & Later.” Released on Sage’s Global Gemini label at Atlantic, the gold-certified song has more than 300 million streams across platforms.
• In addition to making his own music, Sage has produced songs for Tyga, SOB x RBE, and Tinashe.
