In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My Grandma was a HUGE country music fan, so when we would go into town, there was always country music playing. She was a little hard of hearing, so she would play it LOUD and we would sing along. When we got into town, everyone knew we were there! She like all the country music artists, like Johnny Cash, George Jones, and George Strait. But the one she loved the best was, without a doubt, Merle Haggard.
