Don 'Sugarcane' Harris, Sugarcane Harris John Mayall, The World Of John Mayall The Brecker Brothers, Return of the Brecker Brothers Long before I played with Sugarcane and Mayall I was a fan of their music. Coltrane, on the other hand, was introduced to me by Paul Lagos, drummer of Pure Food & Drug Act (with Sugarcane Harris) and a mentor. Beck)” This is a song recorded with the rhythm section of Tower of Power, friends Victor Conte and Ron E. Beck, and the great keyboards of Nate Ginsberg. Although it was recorded in 1994, it just came out last year in the album "For Nate".
