In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Getting my first 45rpm record of Blondie's "Call Me". What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brian Eno, Ambient 1: Music for Airports TV on the Radio, Nine Types of Light Vangelis, Blade Runner (Original Score from the Motion Picture) I have always been a fan of Brian Eno for his innovative albums. TV on the Radio to me is perhaps one of the most underrated bands around today. Nine Types of Light in its entirety is a brilliant album. Vangelis has always been a inspiration to me. Tell us why you chose this song. “Waves Of Waves” I made the Electric Skillet album as an imagined soundtrack to one of my all-time favorite sci-fi books, Shockwave Rider by John Brunner. This song was the opening I imagined of the story with the expanse of space in a dystopian future. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Making the step to release my first solo album. It has been probably 20 years in the making. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I am working on a futuristic symphony that includes synthesizers and novel instruments that I am excited about!
