In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical influences came from Disney (The Little Mermaid), (Aladdin), (Bear and the Big Blue House), and also movies like Annie. Also growing up around my own family's music, which was was heavily influenced by Jazz and Classical music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alvin Batiste, Marsalis Music Honors Alvin Batiste Christina Aguilera, Stripped Mariah Carey, Mariah Carey Mariah Carey - The first LP I ever listened to on casette tape, before i even knew what music was. I'll never forget the first time i heard Vision of Love and Someday, which i still love to this day. Tell us why you chose this song. “Be My Baby Tonight” One of my favorite recordings. I found part of my legacy by going back and trying to learn what made old school records so amazing. As a kid i didnt appreiciate the sounds of early Motown and Tin Pin Alley, until i studied Recording History at MTSU What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The creation and release of "Bubblegum" changed my whole mindest of the type of Recording Artist I could become. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes, i've worked on so many songs that I'm still planning on geting released. Also a few music videos for my songs would be great.
