In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I’ve been writing songs and performing since I was a teen. I’ve lived in Cleveland, Los Angeles, Nashville, then in the US Virgin Islands for 23 years. I performed on St. John, St. Thomas and Tortola BVI as a solo and in the rock band “Category 5.” Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Hard Times” I wrote this song back when I lived in the US Virgin Islands. Lyrics and music have evolved over time. This is my take on our American society and a warning about the future. I feel we are at a crossroads now and I’m stressed about it.
