In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I recall being very young, 5 or 6 years old, and growing up with a piano that no one could play. I would climb upon the bench, and could instantly pick out melodies of songs from my parents' radio. I assumed this was normal. I was told I was wrong. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, Bon Iver, Bon Iver Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city (Deluxe Version) Radiohead, In Rainbows To me, each of these albums showcases the importance of songwriting above all else. They take the listener to such different places, but the story each tells transcends its own production. Writing imparts timelessness. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Bound” I'm really proud of the melody here. It has a flow that takes a few listens before it settles in. For me, the lyrics hit hard. And the reharmonization in the second verse still kinda gives me chills. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? "Be Fine" is the first song I wrote and recorded in this new stage of my music career. Being able to hear it, knowing it had never existed prior to that moment of manifestation, was unlike anything I had experienced in a long time.
