In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember an accordian, and a guitar broken across my back at 3. My mom bought me an electric at 14. I asked for a mic the night before my first recital and then played Aneurysm for a bunch of kids in the burbs. I threw my pics into the crowd. Epic. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alabama Shakes, Sound & Color David Bowie, Hunky Dory (2015 Remaster) Pixies, Come On Pilgrim Each of these records has blown my mind into tiny pieces and reshaped the way I perceive music, love, and expression. Each song is a masterpiece and I'm ever grateful for their presence and their power.
