In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is going to Gilley's in Nashville with my dad as a kid. I remember the live music from up-and-coming artists. That feeling of inspiration and how people connected with the music always stuck with me. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Blaze Foley, Live at the Austin Outhouse Townes Van Zandt, Townes Van Zandt Waylon Jennings, Songbird These are my favorite albums on Apple Music because they are so inspiring to me. The new Waylon Jennings album proves to me that no matter what we write or record, one day it can become treasure to others. Blaze and Townes' music speaks for itself. Tell us why you chose this song. “She Is Woman” I had been writing several songs over the years trying to make them so others would want to listen. With this song, I finally realized that I should just write what I want and feel. Because that is from the heart. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moments in my career so far are connecting with friends in the industry that share the same inspiration I do about being a songwriter. The feeling of being among friends with the same passion is very uplifting. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I wouldn't say I have a bucket list. My hope is just that my lyrics connect with people and inspire them to follow their dreams. This is your life to live. You've got to enjoy it for you.
