In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is performing "My Heart Will Go On" at my own 4th birthday party! I still wonder to this day whether it was my parents or I who came up with this idea, but clearly a love of performing started early. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? ABBA, ABBA Gold: Greatest Hits Sara Bareilles, Kaleidoscope Heart Various Artists, Rent (Original Broadway Cast Recording) Each album takes me back to a very specific period of my life. ABBA takes me right back to my childhood in the backseat of my parent's car, Kaleidoscope Heart to my first taste of teenage heartbreak, and RENT to my days as a musical theatre baby! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I can narrow it down to 3 :) Most recently writing an original for National Geographic for World Oceans Day, performing that piece with an chamber orchestra, and moderating and performing at a panel on music & diversity at Soho House for Pride. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So many! Performing at large outdoor music festivals like Fujirock, working with Disney, getting mentored by music professionals I admire like Sara Bareilles & Rina Sawayama, & connecting with a broader and larger international audience base.
