Drake, Views J. Cole, 4 Your Eyez Only Tory Lanez, Chixtape 5 4YEO: J. Cole tells a story rather than looking to make a hit. Some of my favorite records by Cole on this project. CT 5: One of the greatest albums to me. Sampled some of the best r&b tracks of the 2000's & did them better or just as good. Tell us why you chose this song. “City Life” This track is special because it describes my experience as an 18 year old kid leaving home in Forest, Mississippi for Atlanta to chase my dreams in music What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My first real performance opening up for Kevin Gates. I remember my blood flowing and adrenaline pumping. Just being completely nervous, but also strengthened by God himself to perform that day.
