In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest memories of music were singing solos in church choir as a young girl. As scared as I was, I just pretended I was Beyoncé or Whitney Houston, and sang my little heart out. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 21 Savage, Drake, Her Loss BTS, Proof Beyoncé, RENAISSANCE I chose these three albums because all are completely different styles but fit my personality perfectly. I believe as a black woman I should be treated like a queen. I’ve been through some rough times that ended up putting me on top so, it’s her loss Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Down (Acoustic Version)” This is the first song I ever confidently wrote by myself. In expressing the way I felt about a relationship with someone who meant a lot to me, I felt the need to really be vulnerable. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment has been selling out my first show. It was beyond amazing! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Madison square baby ! Give me a Grammy too!
