In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In Gary's early years, he played bass for a band called "The Young, Dumb, and Violent" in South Africa. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eminem, Recovery (Deluxe Edition) Queen, Greatest Hits I, II & III: The Platinum Collection Sting, The Police, The Very Best of Sting & The Police These albums were Gary's favorites due to their incredible artistry, emotional depth, and timeless storytelling; they all resonated with him on a personal and creative level. Tell us why you chose this song. “Hey Mama” "Hey Mama" is an autobiographical song that journeys through aspects of Gary's life – an embodiment of questions he asked himself throughout his life. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Gary was involved in many businesses throughout his life: Warner Bros (VP International Relations), Executive for John Gandel, Blockbuster (Australia/NZ), EDG (Founder/CEO), EdHardy Operations (CEO Australia), ARE (Founder/CEO), CORROS (Founder/CEO). Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Gary passed away on June 23, 2023; "Learn To Butterfly" was published posthumously. Produced by six-time Grammy nominee Dave Darling. Mastered by two-time Grammy nominee Gene Grimaldi for Lady Gaga's "The Fame" and "The Fame Monster".
