In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was in 4 grade, I was offered the chance to play in the school band in a tiny North Carolina beach town. I chose clarinet because they told me I could play anything after that. They were right and it sparked my continual love of music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Sonic Youth, Daydream Nation (Deluxe Edition) The Glove, Blue Sunshine my bloody valentine, Loveless These albums are rich and lush with vast layers. Blue Sunshine is pop perfection and with many colors. Daydream Nation stretches the possibilities of what interweaving guitar lines and beats can create. Loveless is endless. Tell us why you chose this song. “oh no you didn't (single)” We explored a variety of rhythms and vibes on this one. Like a dub trap feel mixed with electro shoegaze. A wall of sound with a choppy beat that touches into industrial music. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The imminent release of our first EP. It's about reinventing yourself. Rising again. We feel we have achieved this by creating music unlike anything we have done before. The process has been liberating and experiential for our souls. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We have only begun in this journey. For the first time in a long time, we can say we are excited and happy for what's to come. Our new approach to music in this way feels like a true beginning for us individually and as a band.
