In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. For my fifth grade talent show, I performed Radioactive by Imagine Dragons for the school on guitar. It was goofy and there is apparently no footage of it anymore. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fleet Foxes, Fleet Foxes Nick Drake, Pink Moon Radiohead, In Rainbows Pink Moon is my personal favorite album of all time. In Rainbows is a close second, and I always revisit songs from Fleet Foxes often. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Cardinal” This song is very special; it represents my Mimi and the love I have for her. The goal with all of my music, this one in particular, is to improve or experiment in some way each song. In Cardinal, I had an idea, and I like how it turned out. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In college, I had a humongous project titled King of The Vines. It was an epic piano album where the last song I screamed for three minutes. I had the chance to perform KOTV in a coffee shop once and I will never forget it. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There is a certain threshold I am still fighting with. I write all of my music on my phone, and my goal is to cross that barrier of sound and create unique and thought-provoking music. I would love to orchestrate soundtracks for films and games.
