Ember

The U.S. trio Ember, comprising harp, violin, and cello, explores new and historical music that has redefined the role of women in music for harp. The group's debut album, in its own words, "directly confronts the historical stereotyping of the harp as a 'feminine' domestic instrument." Ember champions new works of living composers in intimate concert experiences. The trio released its debut album, Birds of Paradise, in 2025.
