In the artist’s words: What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 1997, Marktoberdorf, Germany, I was performing Liszt Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 in front of a live audience. Just before the lively second half of the piece, a spotlight exploded and little bits of glass fell on the upper register of the keyboard! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’ve been in love with music of Fauré since I attended the Royal Academy of Music in London. A current project is to record the complete piano music of Gabriel Fauré.
