In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my first journeys in music was actually Guns N Roses - my cousin was into them and lent me a cassette tape. I must have played that tape thousands of times. I got completely lost. It was the first thing to capture me fully, surprisingly. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? BT, Movement In Still Life Massive Attack, Protection Soundgarden, Superunknown Each of these albums is an incredible journey of emotion and flow from start to finish. Masterpieces all. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The first time I collaborated with Melissa Kaplan. Splashdown was always one of my favorite musical experiments, and getting to work with her has been a dream come true. We still collab and it never gets old. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd absolutely love to work with Yoko Kanno, composer for Macross Plus and Cowboy Bebop among others; she's absolutely brilliant.
