Dangerman

The New York City-based alt pop duo Dangerman comprised singer/guitarist Chris Scianni and drummer Dave Borla, longtime veterans of the local music scene who began collaborating in 1997. After touring with acts ranging from Luscious Jackson to Fun Lovin' Criminals, Dangerman recruited producer Brendan O'Brien to begin work on their self-titled debut LP, issued on Sony's 550 imprint in 1999. ~ Jason Ankeny
