In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Jose Manuel Lopez also known as CtrBoy was born and raised in Roswell New Mexico. He started making music at the age of 13 and started dropping his first few songs on Soundcloud naming his very first release "you a boo freestyle". What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Tell us why you chose this song. “I Wanna Go Back Home” The song is about the way I feel after moving from a town to a city, and express my feelings for how I feel towards it. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? CtrBoy once woke up to almost 200 plays on Apple Music after dropping his well known song "Put In Work". It would go on to be his most viewed and most played song till this very day. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Jose Manuel Lopez, would name himself CtrBoy after moving from his home town where he was born and raised in, and only being 14 years old he would count himself as a boy still for barley experiencing any life at the time.
