In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was 14 and starting a band with friends. I was playing keyboards at the time. We were practicing a song. We just couldn't get it right. Then, suddenly, everything "clicked". Like magic. It was the first song in my first band. Pretty sure I cried. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, 4 Way Street (Live) Live Eagles, Desperado The Allman Brothers Band, At Fillmore East (Deluxe Edition) [Live] Live I love the blues, I love harmony, and I love well-written lyrics. Not just regular poor, but excruciatingly poor. In a time when everyone had electricity and indoor plumbing. He had neither. They had only one coal oil lamp to light the house. If that lamp could talk, what stories would it tell? What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I'm not like other musicians. While I've always played music, I haven't always written, recorded, or released my own songs. I started very late in life. I think receiving hard copies of my first album and having people actually like it! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes. I want to do a tour of small venues or listening rooms. My songs all have stories attached to them. They are most meaningful and most deeply understood if people know the stories. These venues appeal to songwriters who have stories.
